Biography
Will’s primary practice areas are Civil Trial Law, Commercial Law, Legal Malpractice, Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Real Estate, ADR, Labor & Employment, Oil & Gas, Non-Subscriber Law, Construction and Admiralty/Maritime Law. He has tried over 100 cases in these practice areas.
Will is the Managing Partner for the law firm’s San Antonio Office and he has been practicing law in the State of Texas for over 30 years. Since 2009, Will has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America and a Texas Super Lawyer. In addition, Will has been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
