Carolyn Finch

Biography

Carolyn W. Finch is a claim consultant with Munich Re Specialty--North America. She currently specializes in the successful resolution of professional liability claims on a nationwide basis, especially legal and accounting malpractice at both a primary and excess level.  Previously she specialized in product liability claims involving high risk product insureds include nutraceutical, medical devices, durable equipment, childrens’ products, recreational and construction devices/accessories, and food manufacturers and distributors. Carolyn has over 40 years claims experience handling primary, excess and reinsurance claims for leading excess and surplus carriers. She has been a frequent speaker on claims management topics at industry seminars.  She previously served as co-chair of the CLM Product Liability Committee.
