Biography

Kevin is responsible for overseeing the Medical Malpractice, APA/Psych, and Health Care Management Liability Claims Teams. Prior to assuming this role Kevin managed the Employment Practices Liability and Governmental Liability Claims team. Before that, Kevin was a senior claims analyst with Allied World Assurance Company, handling employment practices, governmental liability and directors and officers claims. Before joining Allied World in 2008, Kevin litigated a variety of cases including tort claims, governmental liability issues, employment related claims, insurance coverage claims, medical malpractice and professional liability claims while practicing law with Jackson, O’Keefe and Phelan in Hartford, Connecticut. 
 
Kevin earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he also served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law. He is a member of the bar in Connecticut and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
