Courtney Flanagan

Biography

After spending eight years in private practice, Courtney Flanagan began her career in the insurance industry in 2009. Moving from a small TPA to larger, multi-state insurers, she handled a variety of first and third party claims involving Auto No-Fault, bodily injury, construction defect, employer liability, and other issues. In addition to handling her own case load, she also supervises a team of Michigan No-Fault adjusters.Courtney’s broad scope of claims gives her a unique perspective on various types of insurance fraud. In particular, her involvement in Michigan No-Fault claims provides her a bird’s eye view of new and inventive methods of fraud by providers and claimants. Courtney is eager to share her experiences and results in order to provide roadmaps to other carriers who face similar challenges.
