Biography

Stephanie is managing partner in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Goodman McGuffey LLP. She has 20 years of experience and concentrates in the areas of insurance coverage, coverage litigation, and bad faith defense. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Stephanie slowly made her way down South after high school, receiving her BA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C and her JD from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. Stephanie has successfully prosecuted and defended declaratory judgment actions, defended high value bad faith actions, and regularly provides coverage advice for insurers, risk managers, and TPAs related to all types of policies.Additionally, Stephanie travels throughout the United States speaking to insurers, risk managers, and lawyers regarding issues involving insurance coverage, bad faith, ethics, and professionalism.
