Biography

Jennifer D. Meyer concentrates her practice in worker’s compensation representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators. She also represents insurance companies in civil litigation and subrogation matters. Jennifer was previously employed at MED-1/REV-1 Solutions, where she was an in-house attorney representing hospitals and physician groups, specializing in liability and worker’s compensation accident and insurance cases. 
 
After graduating from law school, Jennifer accepted an in-house counsel position at Conseco Insurance Company (now CNO Financial Group), where she specialized mainly in privacy and security compliance, contract review, claims advising and collections.  During law school, Jennifer was a summer clerk for Chief Judge Sanford M. Brook at the Indiana Court of Appeals and a law clerk at Conseco Insurance Company. She also worked for another, large multi-state firm prior to coming to Downey & Lenkov.
