Biography
Krista Lehman-Anderson joined Society Insurance in 2022 as the Large Loss and Litigation Claims Manager. Her team is responsible for the litigation management of all litigated claims across multiple lines of business.
Krista has twenty plus years of claims experience, starting in personal lines with American Family Insurance. Begining at the desk, she was quickly promoted to field adjuster, handling complex liability losses. She then moved into a leadership role as a Care Center Manager, where she oversaw a team of new adjusters.
Moving to CapSpecialty in 2012, as a Senior Claims Specialist, she handled litigated and non-litigated liability claims involving property damage and bodily injury. She later transitioned into a dual role in the claims Department, as the Learning Development Coordinator, she created the new hire onboarding process and facilitated continuing education opportunities to existing staff.
Krista graduated from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has obtained her AIC-M and AINS designations. Krista lives in Waunakee, WI with her husband and their four children.
