Biography
CTG Litigation Controller - Michelle has 19 years of legal and administrative support experience in corporate, commercial insurance, and consulting companies prefaced by seven years in the Armed Forces focusing on regulatory compliance in areas of administration, communications, and personnel. Currently responsible for document preservation, analysis, litigation coordination and response, and identification and preparation of testifying staff at Covenant Transportation Group, Inc and subsidiaries. This experience is combined with an education in paralegal studies, licensure as an all lines insurance adjuster and designation as a PPIA. Member of Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and CLM’s Insurance Coverage Litigation and Transportation Committees.
