Biography
Mr. Leech is currently a Vice President of Construction Defect Claims with Cranmore (US)/Enstar. Over his thirty + year career, Mr. Leech has handled a variety of complex claims with a focus on those involving bodily injury and property damage caused by defective construction. He began his career in 1988 with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Los Angeles, California almost immediately handling claims from large accounts including Turner Construction Company and Sysco Food Services. Thereafter, Mr. Leech was employed by Wausau Insurance Company/Nationwide in Pasadena, California from 1990 to 2008 when he relocated to Chicago and joined Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Ultimately, this line of business consolidated within parent complany Allianz and then was spun off in 2016 and became Allianz Reinsurance America (AZRA) where Mr. Leech was employed up until July 2023. As of August 2023, Mr. Leech is employed at Cranmore/Enstar.
