Biography

Traci L. Carlin is a highly motivated, high-energy claims professional with twenty nine years of very diverse and extensive multi-line experience. She takes pride in her ability to prioritize and organize her desk and files to ensure excellent and timely results and has an extensive skill set in litigation management and negotiations skills. She does her best work when in a challenging environment that allows her to be innovative and creative.
With her educational background (B.S. from University of Nebraska, Associate in Claims, and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) she has had many opportunities to supervise, manage and train individuals and groups. In the past few years she has taken on additional job responsibilities that include ongoing group and individualized training for employees on a paperless claims system, evaluating current claims processes and working with IT and management on development, testing and training on new claim systems. Traci’s core strengths include investigation, coverage analysis, evaluation, negotiation, litigation management, process management, and training and development.
