Biography

The primary focus of Carolyn Taylor’s practice is medical device and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Taylor represents companies in a variety of litigation, ranging from individual cases to mass tort actions. She is currently serving as national counsel for a distributor of hormone therapy drugs in the hormone therapy litigation. Ms. Taylor also served as national counsel in the latex glove litigation. Her experience includes defending claims involving an extensive array of products, including stents, pacemakers, pain care systems, cold therapy products, nerve monitoring devices for non-invasive surgical procedures, dental devices, and orthopaedic devices, including plates and taks.
