Biography
M. Claire Juliana is Director of Environmental Claims in Aon Risk Solutions’ Environmental practice. Aon’s Environmental practice is responsible for working with Aon offices around the world to assist clients in managing their environmental risk.Ms. Juliana is focused on developing best practices for managing complex claims and serves as a client advocate to help resolve challenges associated with complex or difficult claims, offers advice on policy wording, and monitors and advises clients on emerging insurance, legal and environmental developments.Ms. Juliana has more than twenty years of environmental insurance and law firm experience. Prior to joining Aon, Ms. Juliana served as Risk Management Counsel for Zurich Environmental, and prior to that as Division Counsel for various carriers including Quanta, Chubb and AIG (now known as Chartis) and began her insurance career adjusting pollution claims. She also spent several years in private practice in New Jersey and Colorado.Ms. Juliana received her Juris Doctorate (with honors) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing (with honors) from the University of Scranton. Ms. Juliana is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Colorado.
