Biography
Susan DeCaro is the Liability Claims Manager for PMA Management Corporation She graduated in 1989 with a B.A. in Business Management from Stockton State College. During her 20+ years in claims and the insurance industry she had acquired multi-state, multi-line experience in the administration of Property and Casualty claims. Her experience is in all areas of litigation management and includes personal lines, GL, products, auto and professional liability. Susan began working for PMA in 2009 and has worked on both the insurance carrier side as well as the broker side. Susan has held positions handling and supervising both commercial automobile and general liability claims and accounts. Prior to joining PMA she was as a Claim Consultant for Conner Strong. She has a Property Casualty Producer's license in the State of New Jersey and is also a member of the NJ Defense Association.
