Biography
James Carlson is a Claims Attorney II with Country Financial. James is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and U.S. District Court Central District of Illinois. James received a B.A. in History from Illinois States University and a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law. For the past ten years, James has been in charge of all litigation against his company derived from any first party property coverage issues or SIU. James is the chief legal advisor to his company's SIU department and his company's property department. James has successfully prosecuted affirmative litigation against medical providers and contractors. Prior to joining Country Financial, James was in private practice concentrating in insurance based litigation.
