David Wise

Biography

Mr. Wise is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Secretary for Cyberonics, Inc., a medical technology company with core expertise in neuromodulation, where his responsibilities include Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Government Affairs. He joined Cyberonics in 2003 following nine years at the Sulzer Medica group of medical device companies (later know as Centerpulse), where he served as Group Vice President and General Counsel. While at Sulzer, he managed the Sulzer Hip and Knee Recall to a successful national class action settlement. Prior to his responsibilities at Sulzer, Mr. Wise spent 12 years in private legal practice focused on intellectual property, products liablity, and commercial litigation.
