Becky Kenyon

Biography

Becky Kenyon, Vice President - Claims for Continental Western Group (CWG), a W.R. Berkley Company, has over 30 years insurance claims experience managing and leading diverse commercial specialty claims operations. She joined CWG in 2016 following a brief stint at Carolina Casualty (another W.R. Berkley company).  Prior to rejoining WRBC, Becky was SVP, Chief Claims Officer with Argo Group US.  Additional experience includes a role with Amerisure as Regional Vice President; serving as Managing Director, Claims at Berkley Risk Administrators  (a W.R. Berkley Company), and Vice President, Claims at Travelers (formerly The St. Paul Companies).  While at Travelers, Becky managed the Industry & Product Group Claim operations, which included 7 unique claims structures that reflected the different needs of each of the business units. These specialty units included Excess & Surplus Lines, Public Sector, Ocean Marine, Global, Technology, Oil & Gas and Aviation. Prior to these senior leadership positions, Becky's primary areas of expertise were in managing complex litigated claims including construction and medical malpractice.  In all of these positions, her passion has centered around developing other claims professionals and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.  Becky graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She also holds both the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) designations.
