September 2011 – Implemented Workers’ Compensation Medical Lien review process for California. 2011 recovery goal was $110,000,000 which was exceeded – 2011 Recovery was $121,000,000

May 2012 – Implemented Deductible tracking and reimbursement process. Anticipated identification and pursuit of $4,000,000 in recoverables.
