Biography
Jack has been with Builders Insurance 4 years and has nearly 25 years of commercial and professional liability claims experience. He is also an attorney. He specializes in claims management of construction related matters invovling general liability, professional liability and/or excess/umbrella liability forms. In addition, he has prior experience managing primary and excess Product Liability, primary and excess Casualty as well as Bad Faith claims. He has spoken previously with several industry organizations on topics ranging from management of construction defect claims or issues, to coverage related issues, to overall litigation management.
