Biography
After 10 years with two large firms, Matt founded Matt Anderson Law in order to focus exclusively on his existing business and individual clients, whose litigation needs include business disputes, professional liability, employment, personal injury, and product liability. The Firm’s clients range from large national corporations to individuals, in matters involving high exposure and high conflict. Matt was personally at the forefront of defending Arizona businesses in the recent wave of “tester lawsuits” in which nearly 2,000 Arizona business owners were sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Matt has been selected by Southwest Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. He also serves as a Board Member of the Litigation Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. A graduate of the University of Iowa with a B.S. in physiology, Matt continued on to law school at Drake University where he earned Dean's List honors and the CALI Award for top grade in Trial Advocacy.
