Biography
Anthony Gaeta’s legal practice specializes in complex construction defect litigation, personal injury and general liability defense, employment litigation, contract law, business formation, premises liability, and hospitality law. In addition, Mr. Gaeta has extensive experience providing sexual harassment prevention training to employers and has led continuing education seminars for insurance adjusters and industry professionals. He is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Mr. Gaeta graduated in 2005 from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he earned a place on the Dean’s Honor List. He holds a BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California, earned in 2001. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in 2005.
