John Franks

Biography

John is Corporate Counsel for Infinity Insurance Company in Birmingham, Alabama. His responsibilities include managing direct actions against the company, providing guidance to various company departments, and assisting in claims training and education. He joined Infinity in 2007 as a claims litigation specialist, and became Corporate Counsel in 2012. Prior to working at Infinity, John practiced law for 9 years, litigating from both a plaintiff and defense perspective.  He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama, and is admitted to the Alabama State Bar.
