Biography
President and Managing Claims Attorney in the Chicago, Milwaukee and San Diego insurance claims consulting firm of Kalchik, Pratt & Associates, LLC. Mr. Pratt is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, B.A. 1971 and University of Nebraska College of Law, J.D. 1974. He is admitted to practice law in California and was formerly employed in San Francisco, New Orleans, Indianapolis and Chicago field claim offices by Fidelity & Deposit Co. of MD. He has been a claims consultant and independent adjuster since 1985 and formerly associated in such regard with Surety Support Services Corp. and Thomas Howell Kiewit.
