Biography

Scott has over fifteen years of experience in risk management.  As a Senior Risk Engineering Consultant for Zurich Health & Safety Division, he will be responsible for customer services and underwriting assessments in the hospitality and retail segments.  He holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation and is an active member of the Chattanooga Chapter, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Career History: Zurich Services Corporation Senior Risk Engineering Consultant, August 2014 – PresentProvide risk-engineering services to hospitality and retail customers.  The Krystal Company Director of Risk Management, 2010 – 2014 Risk Manager, 2007 - 2010Oversaw all aspects of Risk Management and Internal Audit for 223 restaurants with over 6,000 employees. Worked closely with Field Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Training, Franchisees, and Legal Department to minimize risk, identified areas of exposure and loss potential, and promoted a culture of safety and compliance. City of Chattanooga Police Department Staff Services Coordinator, 2000 – 2007 Safety Coordinator, 1999 - 2000Managed the daily operations of support departments, including responsibility for accident investigations, safety training, on-the-job injuries, and compliance.
