Marcus Banks

Biography

Marcus A. Banks is Senior Vice President - Litigation and Government Relations, for Wyndham Worldwide Corporation. Marcus oversees litigation for the Corporation and two of its three business units. Additionally, Marcus oversees Wyndham’s National Counsel Program, which represents approximately 35 law firms that provide outside legal services to the Company throughout the world. Marcus also oversees the Company’s Government Relations Program, which includes, among other things, the tracking of legislation around the world that could impact Wyndham’s operations and maintaining participation in various trade organizations germane to Wyndham’s businesses. Previously, Marcus served as Group Vice President – Litigation for Wyndham and Vice President – Legal for Cendant Corporation. Marcus started his legal career as an associate at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis in Woodbridge, New Jersey. He received his J.D. from Columbia University and his B.A. from Stanford University.
