Biography
I am a civil litigation defense attorney based in New York City. I defend clients in law suits brought in the New York and New Jersey State and Federal trial and appellate level courts, and also in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums. I have handled professional malpractice defense cases, including architects & engineering malpractice and legal malpractice I have also worked on also work on construction defect claims and handle personal injury defense, including general liability and premises liability claims involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. Additionally, I work on commerical automobile and transportation litigation matters. I graduated from Fordham University, Bronx, New York in 1991 with a B.A. in Political Science. I graduated from Touro Law School, Central Islip, New York, in 1995 with a J.D. I am admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey.
