Biography

After years of practicing with a multi-national law firm, Alan Freisleben acted on his passion to create a boutique litigation firm focused on making his clients’ lives easier. A smaller firm allows for greater flexibility and creativity in resolving the client’s problems. The firm is in the business of simplifying the complexity of insurance coverage and business litigation disputes.

With over 25-years of trial experience Alan knows that winning can often be accomplished at the negotiation table or through alternative dispute resolution options. If all other remedies are exhausted, years of successful big-firm trial experience speaks volumes to opposing counsel. Alan is admitted to all state and federal courts as represents out of state clients on a pro hac vice basis when called upon. Prior to forming his firm, Alan led the insurance practice group in the Orange County office a large international firm. He has earned an “AV” rating published by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, which is the highest possible rating. Alan has also been selected as a “Super Lawyer” for many years.
