Biography
Dr. Brad (he/him) is the spark to the flame in the field of learning and development, helping to prepare people for what is possible. A powerhouse of experience going on three decades in business, insurance, and leadership roles, he's a keynote speaker on fire who goes above and beyond. Extensively educated, Dr. Brad holds professional designations including the CPCU, as well as a Doctor of Education in Leadership, Master of Science in Social Justice, and Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior. He serves as an adjunct faculty member with a University in Illinois. He makes a global impact as a member of the Leadership Council for the CPCU Society. Dr. Brad saved lives as a first responder for several years. To top it off - Dr. Brad has an adventurous side too - from riding horses and motorcycles to jumping out of airplanes - but his greatest journey was losing one hundred and sixty pounds over five years! He and members of his family are proud to be a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and chosen as allies supporting people in additional communities. Dr. Brad is a person that has thrived in the business world with a disability as well as a neurodiverse trait. This inspiring leader continues to share his wisdom year-round with thousands of people, publishing and presenting.
