Dr. Brad Gronke

Biography

Dr. Brad is a trailblazer in the field of learning and development, helping to prepare people for what’s possible through inclusive engagement. A powerhouse of experience with over two decades in leadership roles, he's a very special public speaker who goes above and beyond, sharing his superlative knowledge about leadership as well as inclusion through keynotes with Ignite P3. Stylishly educated, Dr. Brad holds several professional designations as well as a Doctor of Education in Leadership, Master of Science in Social Justice and Master of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior; so you can trust him when it comes to knowing what he's talking about! He serves as faculty with Benedictine University, and has been a proud member of five Inclusion Committee’s including the CPCU Society, CLM, RISE, Dive In and Gallagher Bassett. He continues to make a global impact as a member of the Leadership Council for the CPCU Society. Dr. Brad has been saving lives as a licensed as an emergency medical technician since 1999 and served as a law enforcement officer for twelve years. To top it off - Dr. Brad has an adventurous side too - from riding horses and motorcycles to jumping out of airplanes - but his greatest journey was losing 165 pounds over 5 years!
