Biography
Dr. Brad Gronke is highly sought after as an expert in the field of claims strategy, learning and development, helping people become their best selves.
Dr. Brad has more than twenty-five years in insurance. This leader is a speaker and consultant. His focus has been on workers' compensation for insurance carriers, third party administrators, and for employers.
Dr. Brad was an EMT for more than twenty years and a police officer for more than ten years.
Dr. Brad has earned the professional designations of CPCU, AIC, AIS, AIM, CCP, ACP, CLMP, and SCLA.
Dr. Brad has also earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership, MBA in Organizational Behavior with graduate certificates in Change and Strategic Management, Master of Science in Criminal Social Justice, as well as a Bachelor of Art in Criminal Justice.
Dr. Brad has worked with clients including R.R. Donnelley (publishing), DHL (logistics / transportation), County of DuPage (municipal / public entity), Nestle (manufacturing), SSCRMP (education / public entity), United Airlines (transportation), Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies (commercial carrier), The Institutes (education), and Bulkmatic (trucking).
Dr. Brad offers, Leadership Keynotes and Workshops, Workers Compensation Claims Strategy, Learning and Development Consulting, as well as Expert Witness Services.
Dr. Brad has served many local, national, and international nonprofits. He currently makes a global impact as a member of the Leadership Council of the CPCU Society and as an Executive Counsel member for CLM Claims College.
