Biography

Katie A. Fox is a nationally recognized leader in the fields of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance and Workers’ Compensation. As a co-founder of the Medicare Advocacy Recovery Coalition (MARC), Ms. Fox worked with Roy Franco to create a legislative solution that ultimately led to the introduction of H.R. 4796 in 2010. She continues to tirelessly dedicate herself to these efforts as a former co-chair. Ms. Fox served as the Medicare Compliance & Resolution Unit Manager for MedInsights, a GAB Robins Company and a leading provider of claims management services. During this tenure she identified the need to integrate coordination of benefits with Medicare at the claim level. This initiative led to a national training program and the deployment of a fully contained MSP Unit.Katie holds a BS in Organizational Development and Management as well as various professional certifications, such as Emergency Medical Technician, Paralegal, and Medicare Set-Aside Consultant – Certified (MSCC).
