Biography

In the ever-evolving world of client services within the claims and risk management industry, Ms. Blanch stands out with an impressive track record spanning over twenty-five years. Known for her consultative approach and commitment to partnership, she has built a reputation for fostering trust and delivering exceptional, measurable results for clients. Since joining Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) in 2024, she has brought her passion for client success, innovation, and strategic leadership to her role as a national account executive.
 
Since beginning her career in 2000, Ms. Blanch has built a strong foundation in workers’ compensation, liability, short-term disability, long-term disability, FMLA, and absence management, serving as a strategic account director, director of client services, and AVP client services with Sedgwick, earning the Star Performer Award; vice president, national accounts with CorVel Corporation, earning the Circle of Excellence Award; vice president business development and client services with Next Level Administrators; AVP sales & account management with Paradigm; and, most recently, VP client services with Gallagher Bassett.
 
Throughout her career, Ms. Blanch has spearheaded program-specific strategies, elevated client satisfaction, driven organization-wide process improvements, and pioneered innovative client onboarding processes that significantly reduced claim volumes and client expenditures for public entities, hospitals, carriers, and other diverse programs, including QBE Insurance Group, Procter & Gamble, AIG Insurance, Walmart, American Red Cross, Allianz USA Insurance, NiSource, Isle of Capri Casinos, North Dakota Workforce Safety, Cintas, Eaton Corporation, Trean Reinsurance Services, Daimler Trucks, Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, SPX, and the Workers’ Compensation Reinsurance Association (WCRA) of Minnesota.
