Biography
Marc is an Assistant Vice President at Arch Insurance Group, managing the company's Middle Market Construction Claims Program. He also serves on Arch’s Voice of the Customer team. He was previously a Design Professionals Manager at RLI Insurance Company, where he handled complex construction design claims and managed the company’s pre-claim unit. Prior to RLI, Marc was a Risk Manager for CORE Construction Group, Ltd. where he managed the company’s claims, assisted with managing the group’s captive, conducted contract reviews, and supervised the group’s legal matters. Before working for CORE, Marc was with the Cincinnati Insurance Companies for 10 years, his last position being Regional Casualty Claims Supervisor. He holds the ARM, AIC, and CPCU designations, and has a Master’s Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
