Biography
Anthony Cutuli joined Vitran Express, a national LTL carrier headquartered in Gibsonia, PA, as the Director of Risk Management in March 2012. He manages all liability and workers’ compensation programs for the company’s 5,200 employees and more than 9,200 pieces of equipment. Tony was formerly with Pitt Ohio Express in a similar role from 1997-2012, and also has experience as a commercial auto claims examiner. He is a longstanding member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association. A native of Pittsburgh, Tony earned his B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1993 and his Masters in Law from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004.
