Julia Manganaro

Biography

The Navigator’s Group, Inc. is an international commercial property & casualty specialty insurance company. Julia has over 30 years experience   in the claims industry. She has been a Complex Claims Specialist in the Construction Defect unit at Navigators since 2011. Prior thereto, Julia was a Senior Claim Specialist at Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company for over 6 years and has served as a Senior Construction Defect Claims Adjuster at West Coast Casualty and at Carl Warren & Company as well as having been the co-owner of an independent adjustment company for 5 years. 
 
Her specialty has been multi-state construction defect subcontractors & developer’s cases but she has extensively handled primary and excess commercial and personal lines complex casualty claims, fraud investigations, auto and long haul trucking, professional and public liability, wrongful termination, molestation/ sexual harassment, errors and omissions, excess/surplus lines and product liability cases. Over the past year her focus has been on handling cases for Wrap policies.
 
She is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania (B.A., major- Theater, minor - Psychology).  She holds adjusters licenses in 13 States.
