Biography

Gaby is a partner at Troutman Sanders LLP and has represented corporate and insurance clients in several areas of the firm’s practice. She has litigated a variety of insurance and non-insurance matters in state and federal court, including insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuits in the professional liability, class actions, directors and officers liability and general liability areas, antitrust and business tort litigation, and professional liability defense actions. She has represented both insurance companies and insureds on appeals. Her insurance counseling practice focuses on professional liability, D&O liability, and errors and omissions coverage.
