Biography
Mr. Cook is a shareholder with McAnany, Van Cleave, and Phillips and leads the litigation practice for the Firm's St. Louis office. He is a graduate of DePauw University and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Mr. Cook is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. His practice focuses on defending clients in a variety of federal and state civil litigation including insurance bad faith claims, professional malpractice, employment claims, tort claims defense, complex litigation, commercial vehicle accidents, and wrongful death. Mr. Cook defends general tort claims, including defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and product liability claims. Mr. Cook also assists clients in pursuing and defending claims of subrogation and contractual indemnity.
