Biography
I have worked in various claim capacities since 1966. I have worked at home office, zonal, regional and branch positions. I have claims expertise in auto, property, liability both personal lines and commercial. I have been an appraiser/umpire and have been an expert witness in bad faith litigation during my career. I have worked for major insurance companies and as an independent adjuster.
My present position is as commercial property claims manager for the western states for CNA Insurance Company.
