Biography
Brandon Jones is a member of HPLP’s litigation team in Columbia, South Carolina, and practices state-wide. Brandon has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in a wide range of legal disputes. He advocates for clients’ best interests and delivers effective legal solutions in high stakes, complex, and high exposure matters. His practices focuses on trucking and transportation, construction, premises and general liability, coverage, and other pre-suit and litigated matters.
Brandon holds degrees from Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is a Certified Claims Professional and has been nominated to the Legal Elite of the Midlands and South Carolina for several years in the areas of Insurance Law, Construction Law, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation. He is actively involved in several professional and community organizations, including the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Trucking Industry Defense Association.
A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Brandon enjoys a variety of activities outside the office. He has a passion for traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors, with a particular love for sports—especially Manchester United and his Clemson Tigers. Above all, he treasures quality time and new adventures with his wife and young son.
