28 years in the… read more Insurance Industry with Continental Insurance, Progressive Insurance, Atlanta Casualty, Guide One Insurance, Safe Auto  Insurance and State Auto Insurance Company. I currently work for ESIS as a Claims Team Leader.  I oversee the claims department for NiSource an energy company.

In my career I have been a Claims Supervisor, Call Center Manager, Senior Claims Examiner, Senior Casualty Adjuster, PIP Adjuster and Human Resources Associate. My areas of expertise include Claims Management, Insurance Coverage, Litigation Management, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Transportation, Construction Defect and Liquor Liability.  I have handled and supervised claims in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Massachusetts, and Colorado. 

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.  AIC, AIS, SCLA designations and currently enrolled in the CPCU program.

I’m the President of the CLM Central Ohio Chapter. I served for 8 years as board member of the Columbus Claims Association (CCA). I am the Community Relations Director for the Linden Cleve Theater and sit on the board of Heart of Christ Community Church.
