Biography

Jessica began her practice in Oklahoma, where she focused on civil litigation and insurance defense, with a particular focus on professional negligence and employment litigation.

Jessica has significant experience in all aspects of litigation, including preliminary case evaluation and investigation, preparing and arguing motions, witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, and alternative dispute resolution.
 

Jessica Craft graduated from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law. She was a University Of Oklahoma Merit Scholar and a May M. Walker Scholar. While at OU Law, Ms. Craft was involved in the Board of Advocates, the Student Bar Association, the American Indian Law Review, and the Dean’s Council. She received the 2011-2012 Outstanding Note or Article Editor Award after serving as a Note Editor on AILR. Ms. Craft participated on OU Law’s moot court team in the National Health Law Moot Court Competition, which is an annual appellate level completion focusing on cutting-edge legal issues in health law. Ms. Craft has represented clients at various levels of representation, including at the administrative, state and federal court levels. She successfully defended clients in three state and federal jury trials. Ms. Craft has been before the Oklahoma Supreme Court’s referee system and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2016, she received the Next Gen Under 30 for Law award. 

Ms. Craft graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a double major in International Studies and German, where she was Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa, and President of Mortar Board. During her time at USC, Ms. Craft was a McKissick Scholar and a finalist for USC Outstanding Woman of the Year 2009. She spent the summer of 2007 in Genthin, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, where she taught English in the German school system.
