Debra Shore

Biography

Debra Shore is the Risk Management Attorney for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) which primarily invests and manages enclosed shopping malls.  PREIT is headquartered in Philadelphia.  Responsible for 25 million square feet of retail space, Debra manages all insurance claims, litigation and non-litigation matters, from inception through conclusion for all lines of coverage including Automobile, Crime, Directors and Officers, Environmental, General Liability, Professional Liability and Property.   Working closely with adjusters, outside counsel, management, and business partners, Debra minimizes exposure and formulates effective strategies to meet business objectives.  In addition, she analyzes and advises on risk exposure.  Prior to working for PREIT, she spent over 20 years as a workers’ compensation defense attorney. 
Debra is a Certified Claims Professional, a licensed producer and a member of both the Pennsylvania and the New Jersey Bars. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Joseph’s University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
