Matthew C. Nodier, is Of Counsel with the firm Graves Carley and practices state-wide primarily defending companies and insurers in personal injury claims. He has also served as a consultant for companies in reducing their personal injury exposure and training managers and employees in accident investigation and reporting. In addition, Mr. Nodier has served as a consultant with insurers relative to Louisiana insurance coverage and cancellation issues, as well as trained insurance and third party adjusters in pre and post suit adjusting techniques for Louisiana cases. Mr. Nodier has 15 years of litigation experience. He is licensed in the state of Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. Mr. Nodier is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Baton Rouge Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Leadership for Lawyers, Associations of Litigation Support Professionals, Insurance Claims Professionals, and Casualty Claims Professionals.
