Biography

Greg Anderson is the senior partner at AndersonGlenn LLP, with offices in North and South Florida.  He is a double Florida Bar Board Certified attorney who has been in practice for thirty years.  He holds Board Certifications in Civil Trial Practice (1991 –youngest (32) in Florida Bar history) and in Business Litigation (1996).  He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Practice by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (1989).  He has tried jury trials in nine States with a total of over 100 civil jury trials in courts of general jurisdiction.
Mr. Anderson has established a particular specialty in assisting clients with insurance issues involving litigation, bad faith claims, excess coverage, captive carrier, and policy interpretation and insurance coverage disputes. He is a frequent lecturer for the insurance, marine manufacturer and aquatics industries. He has represented the YMCA, the Boys & Girls Clubs and several carriers including United States Sports Insurance Company; Travelers; Riverport Insurance; and Lexington/AIG, for whom he is special counsel for aquatics-related claims.
Most recently, Mr. Anderson successfully defended the world's largest RV manufacturer against a $7.5 million banking claim with a defense verdict after a two week trial in Bradenton, Florida; then successfully defended against claims of fraud against the world's largest boat manufacturer in California.
Mr. Anderson Graduated from Duke University, A.B., with Honors, in 1981 and Nova Southeastern University Broad School of Law, J.D., with Honors, in 1984.  He was born in Chicago, Illinois and currently lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida with his wife Jennifer, who is also a partner at AndersonGlenn LLP, with their two daughters and son.
