Biography
Joel Moore is an executive general adjuster, certified insurance appraiser and certified insurance umpire with Kevin Hromas & Associates of Houston, Texas. He has been in the claims adjusting business for 22 years both as an independent and staff adjuster. Joel currently serves as the President-Elect of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjuster.
