Biography
Jean Osborne is a Senior Claim Technical Director for Great American Custom Insurance Services in Los Angeles, CA where she has worked for the last 18 years. She currently manages with technical expertise the construction defect claims for both primary and excess along with other primary books of business including, labor law, products and premises liability. She has handled construction defect claims for over 25 years for general contractors and subcontractors and is a mentor and supervisor of claim professionals in the organization. She takes a pro-active approach to managing files while focusing on coverage, investigation, discovery, and litigation strategy using creative and innovative ways of developing protocols to effectuate the determination of early case exposure and focus on early case resolution. She earned her Bachelor degree from Potsdam State University in New York.
