Rudy Perrino

Biography

Rudy R. Perrino is a trial attorney and partner with Walsworth’s Los Angeles office.  He has experience litigating and trying cases in a variety of areas, including environmental, toxic tort, mass tort, product liability, oil & gas and commercial litigation.   He also has experience counseling companies on regulatory compliance with regard to environmental and worker safety regulations.  Previously, Rudy served for several years as the Director of Litigation for Dole Food Company, Inc., where he had lead responsibility for managing the Company’s litigation at the Corporate level, including world-wide pesticide exposure claims out of ten countries exceeding $40 billion. Prior to working at Dole, Rudy was an environmental and toxic tort litigator in California.  He attended the University of California (B.S. 1990) and the University of San Diego (J.D. 1997).  He is the current co-chair of the Environmental Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association, and he writes and speaks frequently on a variety of topics, including fracking and related issues.
