Biography
Erika is responsible for handling a wide variety of errors and omissions (E&O) claims. Prior to joining Allied World, Erika practiced as an attorney for four years with two firms throughout Connecticut, including Bendett & McHugh and Martha Croog, LLC; both located in the greater Hartford, Connecticut area. Throughout her practice, she primarily represented lenders in foreclosure, eviction, condo association, and general real estate matters. Her practice included weekly appearances for court hearings and attendance at mediations. Erika earned her B.A. in Economics from Drew University and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She is a member of the bar in Connecticut.
