Safety National Casualty Corporation 2021 - Current

Midlands was purchased by Safety National in 2019 and in 2021. I made the full transition into Safety National's liability claims unit as a Senior Claims Manager. I provide oversight to our insured's from an excess position to help our clients achieve the best possible outcomes on claims. If a claim pierces our layer then I provide litigation management, attend mediations and trials in order to facilitate favorable results to both the insured and Safety National. Safety National is very customer oriented and we work in conjuction with our insured partners to handle claims to favorable resolutions. 

Midlands 1996 - 2021
I have over 25 years of claims handling experience in several fields. Some of the fields include handling claims from multiple perspectives including direct handling, supervision, and auditing. I have also handled claims as an independent adjuster, claims administrator as well as claims at the primary level, excess level and reinsurer level. I have experience in commercial general liability, commercial auto, liquor liability, E&O claims, entertainment, public entity, construction defect, property, inland marine, maritime and ocean marine. I handle complex claims involving contractual liability, catastrophic injuries and excel in litigation management including attending mediations and trials as necessary.
