Reed Kleinle

Biography

Reed Kleinle is Senior Vice President, Claim Officer of Large Commercial D&O at Chubb North Americal Financial Lines Claims.

Reed's team manages complex claims under policies for Public Company Directors & Officers Management Liability, Financial Institutions Liability, Fiduciary Liability, and Insurance Company Professional Liability.  Matters under management include shareholder class actions, securities litigation, derivative litigation, fiduciary and ERISA litigation, and regulatory matters involving the SEC, DOJ and others.  Prior to joining Chubb, Reed spent over 14 years at another global insurance carrier managing similar subject matter and, before that, 10 years as an attorney in private practice handling all aspects of the investigation, negotiation and litigation of insurance defense and insurance coverage matters, including jury and bench trials, appellate proceedings, arbitrations and serving as a party-appointed arbitrator in insurance actions.
