Biography
Jessica Albano has 19 years of insurance industry experience with Westfield Insurance. She has dedicated 13 of those years to combating and investigating insurance fraud as an SIU Analyst and SIU Field Investigator. Currently, Ms. Albano is an SIU Unit Leader guiding a team of desktop and field investigators and analysts. Ms. Albano received her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Law Enforcement from the University of Akron.
Ms. Albano is a Certified Fraud Investigator and Fraud Claims Law Specialist. In addition to her professional designations, she is a member of the International Association of Special Investigation Units, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the International Association of Crime Analysts.
Currently Ms. Albano serves as Chapter President of the Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units and is a member of the IASIU Certification Committee and IASIU Laws and Legislation Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Fraud Committee.
