Donald Masten

Biography

Don is the founding partner of Masten, Peterson & Denbo, LLC.  He was born in Wayne, Michigan.  He received his Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Minor in Environmental Systems and Master’s Degree in Political Science also from the University of Florida, Certificate of Public Administration and Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law.  Don is a former Assistant State Attorney and practices Law in New York, the District of Columbia and Florida.  He has actively participated in anti-fraud arenas for over two decades.  Donald J. Masten is a member of the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the All Florida District courts and is a certified Fraud Examiner.
  Donald continues to be an anti-fraud advocate in many forums including the Florida Legislature, NHCAA, Medical Claims Defense Network, the FBI Academy and FIFEC.
