Jeffrey Segal

Biography

Jeff devotes his practice to the defense of transportation companies and their drivers in New Jersey and New York.  Jeff is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, as well as, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.  In 2005, Mr. Segal was named a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" by New Jersey Monthly. Only 5% of New Jersey attorneys have earned that distinction.  Jeff is the co-author of TIDA’s New Jersey Law Summaryand serves on the TIDA Canadian Relations and the Vehicle Services Committees.Jeff is a frequent speaker on transportation issues before numerous transportation organizations and insurance companies, as well as, an active member of The Transportation Industry Defense Association (TIDA), the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA), New Jersey Motor Truck Association (NJMTA), New York State Motor Truck Association (NYSMTA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
